Dispatch Time

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but as each chocolate creation is handmade to order, please allow 3-5 working days for dispatch.

Delivery Method & Cost

📦 Shipping within the UK only – £4.95 (24HR)

📦 Shipping within the UK only – £3.95 (48HR)

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, allowing you to track your order every step of the way and see exactly when it will arrive.

Hot Weather

During hot weather, we may delay dispatch to protect your chocolates from melting. If this happens, we’ll always keep you informed – the best way to stay up to date is via stories on Instagram.

To minimise heat damage during transit, we:

✔️ Label packages with instructions to keep out of direct sunlight and heat sources.
✔️ Monitor temperatures to decide the best time to ship.

However, we cannot take responsibility for melting, as the weather is beyond our control - though we do everything possible to prevent it!
