We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but as each chocolate creation is handmade to order, please allow 3-5 working days for dispatch.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, allowing you to track your order every step of the way and see exactly when it will arrive.
Hot Weather
During hot weather, we may delay dispatch to protect your chocolates from melting. If this happens, we’ll always keep you informed – the best way to stay up to date is via stories on Instagram.
To minimise heat damage during transit, we:
✔️ Label packages with instructions to keep out of direct sunlight and heat sources.
✔️ Monitor temperatures to decide the best time to ship.
However, we cannot take responsibility for melting, as the weather is beyond our control—though we do everything possible to prevent it!

Refund Policy – Faulty or Damaged Items
We are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your order. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please follow the steps below:

Photo Evidence: We cannot process a replacement or refund without clear photo evidence of the damage or fault. Please take a picture of the item and email it to us at chunkydunkchocs@gmail.com- Once we receive your photo, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Melted Chocolate: We do not cover refunds for melted chocolate. However, we monitor weather conditions and may delay shipping your order if the forecast suggests that heat could affect the product.
